StockMarketEye Review 2023
In a nutshell: StockMarketEye is an extensive software solution designed to help both institutional and individual investors track market movements and asset performance across their various investments.
Offering unlimited asset tracking, powerful portfolio tracker features, dynamic stock charts, support for multiple brokerage accounts, and more, StockMarketEye is perfect for tracking both your own & your clients’ accounts.
However, every platform has its shortcomings, and this platform is no different. So, where does it fall short? Where does it excel? Find out in this StockMarketEye review!

StockMarketEye is best for…
Investors who want to be able to track all of their investments on a single platform. Capable of tracking everything from individual investments and stock purchases up to entire portfolios (or even multiple investment portfolios), StockMarketEye will meet the basic needs of most investors.
That said, the investment tracking overview it offers is similar to the services offered by individual brokerages. As such, StockMarketEye may be an unnecessary investment for those who only use a single brokerage or who are tracking a single account.
- Supports unlimited tracking
- Global market support
- Drag-and-drop
- Only one active instance per account
- Limited charting capabilities
- Mobile apps cost extra

Here are some reviews from traders who have experienced the platform firsthand:
Features
The StockMarketEye offers many different features accessible through a single investment tool, with the most basic being folders. Folders are split into two categories, Portfolios and Watchlists.
Both portfolios and watchlists are completely customizable, allowing you to easily change which ticker symbols you’re keeping track of. Portfolios can be created by uploading .CSV files, connecting a brokerage account, or adding purchases manually.
You can also create virtual portfolios.
With your portfolio(s) created, you’ll easily be able to view your investment per stock, see stock quotes (using the built-in symbol search), view stock charts, set alerts, and read generated reports. Data is based on delayed quotes from Yahoo Finance and MSN Money but covers most major world exchanges.
Unlike purely online portfolio software, StockMarketEye does require you to download the software to access your data. Fortunately, thanks to its online synchronization service, you’ll still have access to the same data no matter which of your devices you’re logged on to.
Currently, StockMarketEye is available on Linux, Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. Using the same account on multiple devices is allowed. However, you can only be logged on to one device at a time.
Pricing & Plans
StockMarketEye switched to a subscription model in 2021. The downside of this is costs will accrue over time; the upside is that you’ll always have access to the newest features and versions of the software.
Free
Currently, there isn’t a way to use StockMarketEye indefinitely for free. However, you can try the software for free for 30 days (without needing to provide a credit card). This trial grants access to most features, excluding backups, restores, watermark-free PDF documents, and online data synchronization.
If you’ve previously purchased a subscription but have allowed it to expire, you’ll have access to some—but not all—of the software’s features.
Paid
The pricing plan (“Essentials”) for StockMarketEye 5 is $74.99 per year. The previous subscription, known as “Standard”, is no longer available. Upon payment, you’ll gain instant access to all of the platform’s features.
Limitations
StockMarketEye does have some limitations that investors should consider before paying for a subscription. The main limitation is a lack of advanced research tools. The platform only supports 14 different technical indicators and offers little variety when it comes to chart types.
It’s also worth noting in this StockMarketEye review that the platform doesn’t offer analyst research or investment news, nor can it be used to directly sell/trade assets.
Is StockMarketEye Right for You?
StockMarketEye is a powerful software solution that excels at tracking multiple investment accounts for both personal & business use. While it does lack more in-depth analysis features often found on more expensive platforms, we’ve found the platform to offer a pleasant balance between functionality and affordability.
If you’re looking for a platform to conduct heavy technical analysis, read analyst opinions, and automate trades then StockMarketEye isn’t right for you. However, if your main goal is to track multiple portfolios across different brokerages using automatically populated data then this software will more than exceed your expectations.
